We are looking for volunteers who would like to be involve with the planning and running of this years tournament, and then we will need even more people on the day to help make it a success.

This group will help oversee the planning and organising of the tournament (and help on the day) It will be suited to
We’re looking for some people with great personal skills to register people on the Friday evening and on Saturday day. People will need to be able to be remain cool under pressure, and provide a great Bulls welcome to participants.
Setup & Closedown
On the Saturday morning there is a lot to do at the ground to be ready for the tournament. Volunteers to get everything ready on Saturday morning, and then close down in the evening.
This role will involve being the point of contact for referees and teams on a specific pitch. You will liaise with the tournament director and Captain’s Liaison to help keep the tournament running on time.
This volunteer will be the point of contact for all captains on the day to help resolve any queries, and fulfil any (reasonable, and legal) requests
You will provide first aid should it be needed.
This will be a general role that could include anything and everything.
Media & Social
This role will involve taking photographs and video of the event, and uploading to social media.

We are pleased to announce that the date of this year’s Touch My Brum rugby tournament will be Saturday 27 July 2019.
It will be held at Sutton Rugby Club.
Ticket sales open Tuesday 6 May, and there will be an invoicing option for team/club entries.

Not long to go now until the start of Touch My Brum 2018.
Registration is at Eden (Sherlock Street, Birmingham, B5 6NB) this evening from 9pm. Then the tournament starts at 10.00am tomorrow.
The group schedules are now up on the website, and will be updated as the tournament progresses.
For those still travelling down, have a safe trip, and we’ll see you this evening or tomorrow.
Registration for Touch My Brum was due to close today, however we have had a few teams asking for registration to stay open a little bit longer.
So we will be closing registration at 23:59 on Sunday. We do have an invoice option available to make it easier for teams to enter.
There is no upper limit on age, and no restrictions on sexuality, gender, or experience. If you don’t want to play Touch (forwards, we’re looking at you) we do have some volunteering opportunities available.

To take advantage choose the ticket type ‘Play Group Discount – Invoiced’ and check out as normal. We will then send you an invoice for the tickets.
Just before we jet off for the weekend to Bingham Cup, there are few updates for Touch My Brum.
Changes to tickets.
Our ticketing provider (Ticket Tailor) have added some new features for group tickets. If you have purchased a group ticket, you will now get individual tickets for each attendees. This should make it easier for people arriving at different times. You may get updated tickets sent over the weekend, so do not panic.

Held on Saturday 21 July 2018 this promises to be a great tournament. Last year saw over 20 teams from all over the UK (and beyond) compete for one of the three prizes.
